West Dawson Music Venue is an outreach of Music Connections Ministry, INC. a 501c3 Non Profit Organization.
Many of our musical talented friends have appeared on the grand Ole Opry, written and recorded multiple songs that are on several charts. Some have experienced several #1 songs on the charts. Many of these artist come to Dawson Springs, KY to visit West Dawson, Mike & Denise Holmes and Music Connections Ministry. You never know who will show up at one of our monthly concerts. If you have missed any of our shows, you have missed some great talents. Open April - Dec, encouraging the gift of music to everyone! Since we opened May 2020, we have held monthly concerts (except for a few months of covid) and all are FREE to the public. We were honored to be part of a great "instrument replacement party", after the tornado destroyed many instruments and flattened 75% of our town. Killing 19 people. This year we were selected as participants in the National "No Fret Guitar Camp", gifting 6 new guitars to six students who completed a one week/10 hour guitar camp... making a difference in our youth. We have been host to four annual ICCAN Spring Round-Ups which has drawn artists from hundreds of miles away. 20 to 40 music artist have come at their own expense to be part of the West Dawson Music experience and join with us bringing inspirational country music to this community the first weekend in May. A special thanks to Peanut & Laurie Copes who travel with their Chuck Wagon from Monroe, LA to cook for us during the ICCAN Spring round Up. I'd like to invite you to come enjoy West Dawson Music Venue. Check out our western town and take a few photos while you're here. 100% of donations go for ministry. No one in this organization takes a salary. 100% volunteers. We still have much to build and do and count on God touching hearts and people responding to His nudge.
